The groom is the son of Adolph (Onofrio) and Bebe Panepinto. Christina Rosenlieb was matron of honor. Troy Rosenlieb, brother of the bride, served as best man. Other attendants were Adrienne Wilson, Carly Pajak and Nathan Ruble. The bride is a graduate of Wood County Christian School and a graduate of Pensacola Christian College with a bachelor’s degree. She is a legal office manager. The groom is a graduate of Wheeling Park High School, a graduate of West Liberty State College and earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Capital University and The Ohio State University law schools. He is a self-employed attorney and is in real estate management. After a wedding trip to California and Hawaii, the couple resides in Wheeling.
