A giant Santa greets folks in front of Perkins Restaurant in Wheeling today as the final touches are put on the 2007 Perkins Restaurant and Bakery Fantasy in Lights Parade set for 6:30 p.m. today in downtown Wheeling. In addition to the parade, there will be a ‘‘Party on the Plaza’’ pre-parade event from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at My Big Toy Store, 10th and Market streets. The parade is expected to attract 99 entries with at least 22 floats. It begins at the corner of 21st and Market streets, continues north on Market Street to 10th Street, west onto 10th Street and south onto Main Street.
