Oliver, Flanagan
Joelle Lyn Flanagan and Brian Michael Oliver were united in marriage at 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 30, at Vance Memorial Presbyterian Church, Wheeling, with the Rev. Dr. Larry Kline officiating.
Parents of the bride are Joseph and Jill Flanagan of Valley Grove.
Parents of the groom are Michael and Linda Oliver of Wheeling.
Alison Hannan was maid of honor. Jason Merinar served as the best man.
Other attendants were Kearsten Kiger, Michelle Hanley, Leah Hanley, Kylee Van Dyne, Lyndsi Boyd, Melinda Oliver, Curtis Oliver, Richard Oliver, Gregory Oliver, Sean Flanagan, Jacob Flanagan, James Sayre, Zachary Hess, Justin Birch, Addie Mosa, Anna Mosa, Hayden Mosa, Garrett Mosa and Levi Mosa.
A reception was held at Osiris Shrine Temple, Wheeling.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Wheeling Park High School and a 2007 graduate of West Liberty State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene. She is employed by Vance Memorial Presbyterian Church as director of youth ministries and the Clothes Collection.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of John Marshall High School and a 2006 graduate of West Liberty State College with a degree in communications and business. He is employed with United Bank in Wheeling as a personal banker and is a self-employed disc jockey.
After a wedding trip to Myrtle Beach, S.C., the couple will reside on Benwood Hill.
