Donald and Noel Kidder of Bellaire announce the engagement of their daughter, Kayla Dawn Kidder, to Gary Leyland Taggart, son of Charles Conley Jr. and Kimberly Conley and the late Steve Taggart of Wheeling.
Kidder is a 2006 graduate of St. John Central High School and a 2010 graduate of West Virginia Northern Community College. She is employed by East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry.
Taggart is a 2003 graduate of Wheeling Park High School and a 2005 graduate of Pennsylvania Culinery Institute. He is employed by Washington Tool and Machine in Washington, Pa.
A Sept. 10 wedding is planned in Windsor Heights.
