Art and Judy Bischof of Wheeling announce the engagement of their daughter, Monica Michelle Bischof, to Joseph Michael Skoff, son of Joseph and Alexis Skoff of Barton.
Bischof is a 2006 graduate of Mount de Chantal Visitation Academy. She will graduate from West Liberty University in May with an English liberal arts degree.
Skoff is a 2006 graduate of Bellaire St. John Central High School. He will graduate from West Liberty University in May with a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Business. He is employed with Oglebay.
A June 18 wedding is planned.
