Britney Nicole Ellis and Mark Benson Behrens were united in marriage Saturday, May 26, at Bridgeport Church of God with the Rev. Tom Tennant officiating the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the granddaughter of Dale and Patty Catlett of Benwood and the great-granddaughter of Nevelyn Heldreth of Wheeling
The groom is the son of Mark A. Behrens and Melissa Mallery of Wheeling.
The bride is a 2009 graduate of Wheeling Park High School and a graduate of West Virginia Northern Community College with an associate degree in medical assisting. She plans to go back to school to further her education in the radiology program.
The groom is a 2009 graduate of Wheeling Park High School. He is employed with Consol Energy, Shoemaker mine.
The couple plans a wedding trip to Myrtle Beach, S.C.
