NEW MARTINSVILLE - "Family Fun for the Old and the Young at Town and Country Days" is the theme for this year's event, scheduled Aug. 13-18 in New Martinsville.
Town and Country Days' schedule is loaded with many reasons for area residents to attend the fair, with stage entertainment, track events, carnival rides, snacks, dinners, games, livestock and exhibits.
There will be something for every age to come and enjoy a week at the fair.
This year festival organizers have strived to make the event the most entertaining ever, with a good variety for everyone to enjoy.
While the fair officially begins Aug. 13, there will be free activities scheduled for Aug. 11-12.
During the week, admission is $8 per day, or $30 for the week.
Among the scheduled entertainment is the Eden's Edge & Band, which will play Friday, Aug. 17. Craig Campbell will perform at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18.
