COLLINVITTI, Dorothy Marie, 86, of Moundsville, WV, formerly of Cadiz, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2012.
She was born March 29, 1926, in Kinsley, Kan., the daughter of the late George and Meta Boness Krupp.
Dorothy was a graduate of Kinsley High School. She attended Topeka Business College in Kansas, and was previously employed by Continental Bus Line.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald A. Collinvitti in 2011; three sisters, Elizabeth Regnier, Erma Dixon, and Gerda Showalter; and a brother, Emil Fischer.
Survivors include her four children, Thomas Collinvitti of St. Peters, Mo., Deborah (John) Shook of Moundsville, Christopher (Cynthia) Collinvitti of Plano, Texas, and Melanie Collinvitti of Martins Ferry, Ohio; a granddaughter, Heather Shook of Moundsville; two sisters, Evelyn Wilkerson of Larned, Kan., and Iris Marconnett of Cedaridge, Co.; two sisters-in-law, Norma "Pennie" Pashalis, and Doris Collinvitti both of Wheeling; and several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Grisell Funeral Home and Crematory, 400 Jefferson Ave., Moundsville, where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. with Rev. Ron McCoy officiating.
Interment in Holly Memorial Gardens, Colerain, Ohio.
